Parent Auxiliary
CBC Fremantle is a close-knit, friendly community and the College's Parent Auxiliary aims to build fellowship while providing a forum to encourage and provide an avenue for parent participation in the College.
The Parent Auxiliary is an association of parents appointed by the Principal and provides a means of open communication between parents and the College. It is not a decision-making body, nor is it involved in the management of the College. The Parent Auxiliary helps the College Board achieve its objective and parents have an opportunity to be actively involved in their son's schooling at CBC Fremantle by:
-
offering advice and feedback to the Principal,
-
providing assistance at College events,
-
organising social and other functions, and
-
fostering school community development.
The Parent Auxiliary assists parents to be the primary educators of their children by providing opportunities for personal and faith development with activities, seminars and guest speakers to meet the developmental needs of all parents. In addition, the Parent Auxiliary arranges opportunities for parents to get together socially and encourages new members of the community to participate in all activities.
If you would like further information about the Parent Auxiliary or would like to become involved, please send an email to the President.
